Support can be given over the phone for a fast response time. However, if the Technical Support Engineer feels that the customer will benefit from a site visit, this will be organised.

From the clinician who will use the medical device to the engineer who will service it after purchase, our dedicated Sales Team, National Clinical Training Manager and Technical Training Manager provide training to suit your specific needs. Training updates are also available with dates set at mutually agreeable times.
